30-day returns · $7.95 label fee

Before we list a used saddle · inspected and repaired
  • Every saddle is inspected - tree, billets, rigging, stitching and flocking - and repaired before it goes on sale.
  • Gullet width and bar type are recorded so you can check the fit.
  • Send us photos or a wither tracing and we will tell you honestly whether it suits your horse.

The 14 inch seat is small, so this suits a lighter or younger rider, or anyone who likes to sit close and tight in a barrel saddle. The tree is wide, which is less common in barrel saddles and useful if your horse is broad through the shoulder. Plenty of barrel horses are, and they get sored by narrow bars.

The 5.25 inch cantle is tall and will hold you through a turn. In-skirt rigging keeps the bulk out from under your thigh, so your leg lies closer to the horse. At about 24 lbs it is light enough to be fair to a horse working hard, and the rose conchos and suede seat finish it off.
